Refunds: Requests for refunds must be made in writing to ABCGN during the testing registrationwindow. Refunds will be made during this time minus a $90 processing fee. Once the registration window closes, there will be no refunds. Should your application be denied, you will receive a refund for the examination fee; however, the nonrefundable processing fee will be retained. This Refund Policy is subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your testing date, you must notify Castle at least 5 business days prior to your test date. You will be charged a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee. If you fail to notify them within the 5 days, you will be considered a no-show and charged the full fee.
• Rollover Option: If you do not register with Castle for a date and time to take the examination, you have the option to apply your application fees to one of the next two test administrations by submitting a new application and paying a reapplication fee of $50.00. Persons who withdraw their applications or do not receive a passing score on the examination must repeat the certification process again in its entirety. The certification process, including examination, may be repeated as often as necessary. However, a new application must be submitted each time and the appropriate fee must accompany an application each time it is submitted.
If you are taking the exam outside of the United States, there is an additional $200 fee.
