You can submit your recertification packet quickly and conveniently with our easy-to-use online submission system. If you are more comfortable using a paper application, you can download the paper application packet, complete it and mail it to ABCGN Headquarters.
A complete application packet includes:
• application form
• verification of Professional Qualifications Form, with an attached copy of RN license
• payment
• recertification verification form and attachments including listings of categories 1–12.
Return the application packet including all of the above by the published deadline. We recommend that you send your packet by certified mail with return receipt. Your packet must be postmarked by December 31 to be accepted.
