As board members, directors take part in discussions and vote on issues that directly impact your certification.  As a board, the individual members come together to determine the exam passing score, approve committee appointments, review eligibility criteria, determine GI specific content, and review recertification requirements.

Shirley also presents monthly at OSUMC Critical Care Nurses continuing education classes on GI Bleed to Digestive Health patients.
