The Item-writing Panel writes new test items (questions), which reflect current practice in gastroenterology nursing. Training is provided for this committee.
Eligibility requirements include the following |
The Item Review Committee reviews all test items for content accuracy, verification of correct answers, appropriateness for entry-level competence, and appropriate link to the test plan. Training is provided for this committee.
Eligibility requirements include the following: |
- Certified Registered Nurse
- CGRN Certification
- Employed in gastroenterology nursing practice
- Computer literate
- Minimum 20 hours a year of independent item writing
- Minimum 10 items per year submission
- Access to computer
This committee term is 2 years.
